Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By installing or using Meadow (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app is — and is not
Meadow is a personal budgeting tool. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a bank or a payment service. Decisions you make with your money are yours.
3. Your data is your responsibility
Meadow stores your data only on your device and keeps no server copy. You are responsible for your own backups. Uninstalling the app deletes your data permanently. Use Export data first if you want to keep a copy.
4. Paid features
Meadow may offer an optional paid plan (“Pro”). If you purchase it:
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You manage and cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not inside Meadow.
- Refunds are handled under Apple’s and Google’s policies. We do not process refunds ourselves.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it to break the law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
